Zen: from 1989 til 1996

In the Year 1987 I stopped my psychoterapy group becouse it did'nt work and instead I begann with Zen by a german Zen Monk in Düsseldorf. Sorry but I have forgot his name. We practised Soto - and I also visited a Sesshin in Aachen, in which I came in very good contact the energy of Zen. Soto is just sitting and do not work with a koan. The Koan is JUST SITTING.

OSHO

When did I met OSHO? I think it must have been after beginning  Zen somewhere between 1994 or 1998, becouse I suddenly saw OSHO as a spiritual Friend and Master in my meditation or may be it was when I praticised Osho Kundalini Meditation. A meditation form in hich I easyly get in contact with the energy of Kundalini and Mother Earth. Abour the Year 2000 I had the great luck to take part on a vissapanna meditation in The MAUZ an Osho Mediationcenter where we meditated together with Osho Robe. So he as really near. It was a very great and happy experience.
